The U.S. delegation held discussions with Ukrainian officials on security issues, potential peace arrangements and support for Ukraine's defense. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the talks included air-defense assistance, including Patriot systems, as well as measures aimed at protecting Ukraine's energy infrastructure ahead of winter.
